Because our brains are neuroplastic, we have a beautiful opportunity to heal and change, no matter how old we are. It is scientifically proven that we store our memories of difficult and traumatic events we have encountered throughout our lives, as well as the lives of our ancestors, in our amygdala….the tiny almond-shaped organ in our brain that keeps tracking if we are safe, if we matter and if we belong.
The amygdala holds our emotional memories, but it doesn’t have a sense of time. Therefore, when we encounter a stimulus in our present life that triggers a repressed or suppressed memory, the vagus nerve gets activated and sends a signal of danger to the amygdala; our nervous system gets activated, and we experience the remembered danger as though it is threatening us now.
It is also scientifically proven that when we name the right emotion or feeling that has been stimulated, and we are accompanied with resonance and empathy and feel deeply understood the amygdala relaxes and sends a signal to the body that we are safe. The body relaxes and the entangled energy of the traumatic memory completes itself and is moved to the hippocampus where it is recognized like a timestamp. Now the brain knows that what happened then is not happening now. The energy is released back into our body without our having to take an action to defend or protect ourselves.
When this integration occurs, it is a huge healing moment for the mind and the body; and if we experience the triggering stimulus again, our body knows we are not being threatened, and stays calm. With each reclaimed memory we become more whole, receive more of our life’s energy back, grow more neurons, establish new neural pathways and patterns in our brain as well as reclaim more of our sense of Self back.

Provides 8 months of one-on-one support, accompaniment and instruction with Pavla; and is organized as:
The length of this amount of time create enough space for new neronos and neuro pathways to be established and for more to grow, through the work we will be also able to release and change old programing and unconscious contract which allows for more capacity to see yourself differently and with more capacity to start to have different sense of self.
