*Neuroscience and relational neurobiology – unveil the mystical dance in which the mind, brain and body harmoniously entwine. Our painful memories are locked as a belief system consciously or unconsciously in our mind as a pattern and also energetically as a blockage of energy flow, chronic pain or misalignment in the body. Teachings about the neuroscience of the brain help us to discover what is happening in our body, how to reclaim it and fully step into it, so we receive our true inner guidance that we call intuition and are more available to feel the energetic essence of the divine.

1.Goddess Kali – Root chakra

• Kali is an inner force – spiritual and psychological power – and a force in the universe.
• She embodies love and dissolves our pain.
• She invites us to look into her fierce face and find the love behind the pain of life.
• Whether Kali seems terrifying, fascinating, or loving depends on our state of consciousness.
• But she always invites us to a radical form of ego transcendence.
• Kali embodies transformative anger, she also paradoxically, destroys anger.
• Invoking Kali when you are looking for a way to stand up for yourself, to discover your inner fierceness, to express the outrageous side of your sexuality, or to turn your rage into a sacred rage.
• She dissolves our structures but it’s always in service of the heart.

Kali, a fierce and transformative deity, embodies the raw power of creation and destruction. Her garland of skulls and a severed head represents liberation from illusion and attachment. This potent energy resonates deeply with root chakra which anchors us to the physical world and our sense of stability. Just as Kali annihilates obstacles, root chakra provides the foundation upon which we build our lives. By acknowledging and embodying Kali’s fierce intense force, we can tap into the primal energy of grounding ourselves in the present moment, facing challenges head-on, and fostering a sense of security and connection with the Earth.

2.Goddess Lalita – Sacral chakra

• Lalita holds the opposites of executive power, connection to sacred sexuality and spiritual love.
• She represents the integrated mature erotic feminine.
• She is connected to Parvati who is herself beautiful form of Kali.
• She holds the qualities of faithful yogini wife and the untamable wild women.
• She rules through her love, standing in her independence but never sacrificing her pleasure.
• She is soft and delicate, yet invincible.
• She is asking us :
• “Are you ready to step into a radical state of empowerment? 
• Can you allow yourself to be that abundant, that loving, that strong?
•  Can you take that much pleasure in yourself and your life?”
• She is the goddess of sexual desire in the external world and she is the energy that empowers your longing for spiritual fulfillment in the inner world.

• She is a warrior Goddess of Protection and inner strength, and the real source of Feminine Power.
• Her power is not a rigid place, it’s a fluent, flexible place.
• Her love is like a river, which flows towards what she loves.
• She is a manifestation of truth and love and embodiment of that.
• She sees the world that is a direct reflection of her inner vision and her inner knowing.

Lalita, adorned with grace and beauty, embodies a unique blend that bridges the earthly and the spiritual. Her essence lies in harmonizing opposites, embodying both nurturing compassion and alluring love. Lalita’s qualities encompass boundless kindness, unconditional love, and an unwavering embrace of life’s sensuality. This radiant energy resonates deeply with the sacral chakra, the center of creativity, emotions, sensuality, sexuality, and desire.

3.Goddess Durga – Solar plexus

• She is a warrior Goddess of Protection and inner strength, and the real source of Feminine Power.
• Her power is not rigid place it’s a fluent, flexible place.
• Her love is like a river, which flows towards what she loves.
• She is a manifestation of truth and love and embodiment of that.
• She sees the world that is direct reflection of her inner vision and her inner knowing.
• Durga power is relaxed power.
• When you bring Durga into your inner world, she can empower your most radical aspirations and guide you through your most conflict-ridden life dramas.
• She allows you to relax into what you really love, what really matters to you and she inviting us to truly go there to that place, that is the source of feminine empowerment.

Durga is a radiant embodiment of divine strength and unwavering courage, encapsulates the essence of the solar plexus chakra in her very being. With qualities that encompass fearlessness, determination, and boundless energy, she resides at the core of our being. The solar plexus chakra is a center of our personal power and self-assuredness and just like Durga fearlessly confronts adversity, this chakra empowers us to overcome obstacles and embrace your inner fire, igniting the flames of self-confidence and authority. Embodying Durga’s transformative energy activates the alchemical process of purification of negativity and self-limiting beliefs.

Lakshmi, an embodiment of abundance, beauty, and grace resonates deeply with the heart chakra. This center represents love, compassion, and emotional balance. Her ability to bestow material and spiritual wealth aligns with this chakra capacity to open one’s heart to receive and give freely. Cultivating love for ourselves and others and inviting a sense of fulfillment that transcends mere material gains. As we honor, embody, and invoke Lakshmi we also honor the heart chakras transformative energies.

 5.Goddess Saraswati Throat Chakra

• Saraswati is a goddess of Language, Insight, and Sound.
• She is also a divine wisdom.
• She lives in that pulsing space at the root of sound, where silence gives birth to creative possibility.
• We invoke her when we are hiding behind language, when communication is stuck. She will give us the words that open hearts, loosen stuck energies and show us the way into creative stillness.
• When you in tune with this Goddess, speech comes from the place inside you and you start to speak out your manifestation into your reality.
• She is inspiration, creativity and intuition.
• Working with her energy revealing the sacred sound of your own soul, your DNA vibration and alignment with your blueprint.

Saraswati embodies the essence of creativity, wisdom, divine speech, and eloquence. Just as the throat chakra governs self-expression and truthful communication, Saraswati inspires individuals to articulate their thoughts and ideas with grace and authenticity. Her association with music, arts, and knowledge mirrors this chakra’s role in connecting inner truth to the outer world. By invoking Saraswati one can unlock the power of the throat chakra, meaning conversation, creative self- expression, and the harmonious glow of energy between body, mind, and soul.

6.Goddess Parvati Third eye and Crown chakra

Parvati’s embodiment of strength, determination of her serious devotion to her spiritual practices and transformative power aligns with the attributes of the third eye and crown chakra. Parvati’s resilience in pursuing her true self mirrors is part of the activation of third eye chakra and where one gains the ability to perceive beyond the physical realm and tap into higher consciences.

Paravati’s protective nature resonates with the crown chakra, where unity, spiritual connection and enlightenment resides. Her role as a divine mother is to invoke qualities of Oneness with all and deeper connection to the divine.
