One-on-One Sound Meditation Journey’s
In these ceremonial sound meditation sessions we enter a deep state of our mind. It has been known that everything in this universe is created by energy. Energy creates a vibration. Vibration creates frequency. Frequency creates sound. When we enter this healing space together and receive the attunement of all different instruments which will be played throughout the session, the mind will start to slowly relax. The beautiful moment of healing of our bodies and minds happens in a deep state of relaxation. When the mind lets go, the body becomes more receptive and allows the vibration of the sound to penetrate the body on a very deep cellular level. Our body then gets to start finding its own way to the optimal alignment with the blueprint of the soul.
