It is the same energy we create with. When we breathe deeply we take more life in. We are reclaiming new stand for ourselves that we matter, that we want to live, that we take ourselves and our life seriously and that we are ready for the truth that lives inside of us.
We allow ourseves to feel what is inside of us that is ready to be reclaimed, released and also embodied.
It is a beautiful learning experience of the relationship with ourselves, our body’s and the world at large. As we explore more of our breath we may realize that giving is an act of receiving and breathing deeply into more parts of ourselves is not only healing but also very revealing where we are in relationship to ourselves.

Our bodies holds secrets of truth that are ready to be reveled, when we are ready to receive.
Will take the new found jewels into the second part of ur session where we enter a space of the sacred sound. The instruments that will be played through out the session will allow to penetrate your body deeply with the different vibrational tones. The resonnce and vibration is in exact correlation with the resonance of our cells.

In this state, When the mind is calm, the brain tune to different wave length we have a really good opportunity to let go and transmute that which no longer serves us. We become the alchymist of our own change. Through the session there will be a possibility to receive a mini reike session if that somehting you resonate with.
